Terms & billing

AOVision is a Windows radar companion for Albion Online. The launcher is available to download; new paid subscriptions are currently closed.

Prelaunch: Discord sign-in is connected, but downloading the launcher does not grant radar access. Radar use currently requires an account already approved for access. New purchases remain closed while the paid service and final customer policies are completed.

What your subscription covers

When purchases open, a verified active subscription will provide radar access through the AOVision Windows launcher. Choose your plan from the launcher while signed into the Discord account you want to license. Displayed information depends on supported game traffic and the software version.

Prices and automatic renewal

Planned subscriptions renew automatically at the selected schedule until canceled. The annual plan is charged as one $150 payment. Tax treatment will be confirmed before purchases open.

Payment and digital delivery

When purchases open, payments will be completed on Stripe-hosted payment pages opened from the launcher. AOVision is a digital product; no physical item is shipped. The Windows launcher is already available to download. Radar access activates only after the account service confirms eligibility; downloading the software or visiting a checkout return page does not grant access.

Canceling your subscription

When purchases open, you will be able to schedule cancellation of future renewals through the billing portal. Scheduling cancellation preserves otherwise eligible access through the end of the paid period. Refunds, payment disputes, and account restrictions can prevent access. Radar use also requires successful online access verification. Canceling renewal does not itself refund a payment already made.

Refunds

The refund policy is being finalized before purchases open. No payments are currently accepted. Contact AOVision support with billing questions.

Requirements and limitations

AOVision requires Windows 10 or 11 on a 64-bit computer, Npcap with WinPcap compatibility enabled, and administrator permission for traffic capture. Npcap must be installed separately. Use the game in borderless or windowed fullscreen for the overlay. Internet access is required for sign-in and ongoing account verification; radar detection stops if access cannot be verified.

Exact player positions and distances are unavailable. Experimental Detector arrival directions are estimates, not live tracking; mounted accuracy remains unvalidated. Base gear item power estimates exclude quality, specialization, and overcharge. Inspecting a player in Albion can temporarily provide the game's reported average item power. AOVision is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Albion Online or Sandbox Interactive.
