This page explains the AOVision website and launcher account service. Discord sign-in is connected; new paid subscription purchases remain closed.

The AOVision website does not currently include account registration forms, payment integration, or an analytics integration. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and operate the website.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on these pages. Opening a Discord link takes you to Discord, whose own privacy policy applies there.
Discord sign-in and accounts
Discord sign-in uses your Discord user ID, profile name, avatar, and email address to identify your account. Supabase provides the account service. Account identifiers connect your Discord identity with your access status and any associated subscription records.
Subscriptions and payment records
New paid purchases are currently closed. When purchases open, Stripe will process payment details on its hosted checkout and billing pages. The account service stores payment and customer identifiers, subscription plan, status and expiry, access decisions, checkout attempts, payment-event identifiers, and refund or dispute review records as these activities occur. AOVision does not store full card numbers.
The access service uses these records to check account eligibility. It may update the AOVision Discord server's User role to reflect access. The launcher requires ongoing internet access, and radar detection stops if account access cannot be verified.
Information on your computer
The launcher stores settings, caches, adapter choices, catalog corrections, and any saved login session in its local application profile. Saved login sessions are protected using Windows encryption. Optional diagnostics may also be stored locally.
Signing out removes the saved local session and attempts to end that session with the account service. Uninstalling the app does not automatically remove its local application profile.
Game information and external assets
The desktop app processes supported game traffic to display radar markers and player information. Item artwork can be requested from Albion's image service.
The current software also includes a legacy creature-catalog contribution function. When used, it can send a device hardware identifier and creature ID, type, and tier to an external catalog service. This function is separate from Discord sign-in and subscription billing.
Retention and requests
An automatic retention period and a self-service account deletion feature have not been established. Account removal does not automatically erase Stripe records or separate payment-event records.
